Carl Palmstierna
Chairman.
Partner and CEO, ABG Sundal Collier. Carl Palmstierna joined the firm in 2002 and is now head of the Swedish operation and co-head of the Corporate Finance Division. He is a member of the Board of ABGSC. Before joining ABGSC, Palmstierna worked in the investment banking industry (1977- 1998) in London and New York. Most of the time (1986-1998) was spent at Goldman Sachs where he was selected Partner in 1992. In 1998 he moved back to Sweden and spent four years in private equity before joining ABGSC. Palmstierna holds a MSc from Stockholm School of Economics.

Michael has a long experience in management, sales and business processes helping companies to gain commercial success Former CEO of the companies VD för MacMeckarna AB, Ahead Multimedia AB, Freetel AB and Extended Capital Group AB. Co-founder of Lighthouse Software AB, and Gravity Interactive AB. Michael held’s a Diploma in Management in UK and studies in Economics/National Economics from Stockholms University.
